Holiday apartment for rental in Calahonda, Costa del Sol, Spain.

The Cost (total rental cost for up to four guests.)

Prices are for the rental of the apartment per week.  For that price up to four occupants are allowed.

A deposit of £100 or 150 Euros per week is required to reserve the apartment. The balance is payable, along with a security deposit of £100 / 150 Euros, no less than ten weeks before your reservation commences.

Unlike many of our competitors we do not restrict the start or finish days of your rental to any particular day of the week, that way you can choose the best flight deals to suit you.

We have a minimum of one weeks rental but over that your stay can be of any duration. The price for partial weeks rental is dependant on the duration of your stay, please contact us for a tailored quote if required.  Our home is available from 2pm on the day of your arrival and has to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure to allow our cleaners to make sure the apartment is clean before each rental commences. 

For your comfort and the benefit of our neighbours the maximum number of occupants is four.
